Producing enough food to feed an ever-growing population, while arable land is a limited resource, will become a vital issue over the next 30 years. We will have to make choices: what proteins will feed humanity? Are we going to choose a world where we consume more and more meat? Or are we heading for a future where the planet will change our diets?
